“Ordered 10mm & 12mm tap sets with a tap wrench . The service and delivery were good but I am disappointed with the quality of the wrench , it is not strong enough to cope with the 12mm tap.”

“Hi I wasn't going to contact you regarding the SDS 6mm masonry drill bit costing over £100 but unfortunately they haven't lasted 5 minutes and have broken away from the base and have found that compared to others they feel lighter as if the material is cheap so I won't be buying anymore.”

“individual hss drill bits were extremely poor and would not drill through aluminium yet alone steel or any other soft metals. The drill box containing hss drill bits are very good value for money.”

“I needed to install a core vent for a gas fire. The gas engineer offered to drill the hole at a coat of £60. I managed to buy the drill, guide bit, hex adapter and other bits at much less than this fron UK Drills. I needed technical advice before ordering and this was promptly given and very clear. Delivery was a mere 2 days. Excellent service and product quality- highly recommended...”

“Quick delivery, good service, but the Drill bits are rubbish, I bought Cobalt for Stainless Steel and they did not work on my 2mm SS 316. Just turned and went blunt.”

“Wow! I ordered a 121mm bi metal hole saw and bit at a fraction of the cost that i had seen it else where, I was expecting a low quality use it and throw it item which for the money I would havr been happy with as I only need it for 1 or 2 holes, but I was hugely supprised with the quality feel and weight of it. I have sent links to our technitcians at work because I am that impressed with quality, price and service.”
