“Just thrilled with PropertyData as a tool to find available properties with very specific paramters in my recent hunt for someting in London. With the market being quite volatile, I wanted to be sure that I was well informed of the market conditions and did not want to be bamboozled by agents talking things up! (which of course is their job!) The search engine allowed me to see what had been agreed in the prevoius 3 months to 2 years as well as showing me the rental market. Finally, when I had forgotten to cancel my subscripton after having found a place, they very courtesously removed my "already taken" payment. This is how a company can earn trust and not become a faceless corporate "raider"! Would highly recommend and already have!”
