“It helps me analyse a potential deal”

“To Start with With showing planing aplication, you either do not have it at all or you have it a a year or 2 late which means probaly thye site it is already build by the time you show planing aplication, that i find it very poor as you know most of you members are developers, estate agenst etc, also on some areas you do not show on the date saling houses more then 4 beds which i know on that area last 2 months sold houses with 5 andf 6 beds agan to ;late with updates. you really should start updates on really time”

“Some of the data analysis is brilliant with the ready made reports but other reports are lacking and I wish they had them as it means more work for me. For example, it would be great to find exceptional properties individually rather than by area. It is still however a very useful tool especially with the browser extension.”

“Fantastic and very useful platform and aggregator of information. Often times however the original property listings cannot be found (somewhat understandable but these are available online if searched for separately) but more importantly there are frequent misplacements of properties (perhaps a few buildings/plots away, sometimes further). Very much hoping to see continuous development/improvements since it is very promising. Will continue using.”
