“I am extremely happy with this service. Essentially what they have put together saves investors loads of time and instead of going to different websites etc to gather info, they have centralised it all in one. The valuation tool, company search tool, plotting, comparables, local data is really fantastic. In fact it was crucial for me in my own gathering of information necessary for a valuation. I have actually emailed them with questions and advice and they have always responses, friendly, knowledgeable and quick.”

“I've been using property data for a little while now, and l would say anyone with an interest in property needs property data in their lives. It just makes sense, if you want to find comparables, within a few seconds the results are in front of you, if you looking at unmodernised homes, the info is collated for you in your chosen area, its value is unlimited, if you want to ask any question or you need to clarify anything regarding how to get the most out of the resource an email sent will be answered promptly. I would definitely recommend property data as a tool to navigating your way around all things relating to property.”

“PropertyData is a fantastic tool that saves hours of scrolling through the various property platforms we have. I mainly use the sourcing strategies feature to quickly find opportunities that fit my criteria e.g. short lease, unmodernised properties. As a Data Engineer, I have a profound appreciation for PropertyData, as it automates so much of the sourcing process that I would have otherwise written my own scripts for. It's an easy-to-use tool at a reasonable price point. My only piece of constructive feedback would be to find a way to improve the latency e.g. it can be frustratingly slow at times, taking several seconds to move to the next page of results or load the webpage. Other than that, I'd say I'm quite happy with it, would recommend it to others and I look forward to watching this tool grow. I personally think it has the potential to be the market-leading tool in this space!”

“It's a good service overall and it pulls a lot of data together. As a value proposition I'm wondering if the pricing could be more reasonable, I suppose it depends on how much your time is worth. Features I would like to see would be to be able to save properties into lists based on their criteria like BTL 3 bed semi detached. Overall though I would recommend”
