“I use Property Data almost every day both in my private capacity for residential investing but also in my day job as a Chartered Surveyor. I particularly like the map function as well as the AVM for sourcing comparable evidence. Having all functions in one easy to navigate site really saves alot of time. I would definitely recommend trying it out.”

It would be interesting to drill down to see why the substantial differences - not just in spending, i.e. on social services, but also income: government grants, business taxes, rateable values, etc. All in all, I suspect we have a system needing a complete joint party overhaul based on some clear, understandable, and jointly agreed principles.”

“The best part is one click chrome toolbar. room for improvement : I would really appreciate if I could filter by property size, say I'm interested in only those that are 1000sq ft, got more ideas if you need them ,otherwise keep up the good work”

“Much of my time is involved in analysing the deal, a task which used to take me 2-3 hours per property is now reduced to just under 5 minutes. The market data and information you pull are very accurtate. I just wished there was an easier way to draw the area on a map and then use filters, narrow your search down (like one does when using the Rightmove mapping feature).”
