“Property Data is really easy to use and contains very useful information for quick and efficient deal analysis. The main areas we use the software for is to compare recent sold and rental prices and also the plot map where we can check for title boundaries and planning applications in the area.”

“The best part is one click chrome toolbar. room for improvement : I would really appreciate if I could filter by property size, say I'm interested in only those that are 1000sq ft, got more ideas if you need them ,otherwise keep up the good work”

“This is good software. It still has a lot of room for improvement especially for comparables. For e.g. it doesn't seem to bring through all sold comparables that are available from land registry. Beneficially, it covers a lot of data points required in different aspects of property investment.”
