“It's a good service overall and it pulls a lot of data together. As a value proposition I'm wondering if the pricing could be more reasonable, I suppose it depends on how much your time is worth. Features I would like to see would be to be able to save properties into lists based on their criteria like BTL 3 bed semi detached. Overall though I would recommend”

“Some of the data analysis is brilliant with the ready made reports but other reports are lacking and I wish they had them as it means more work for me. For example, it would be great to find exceptional properties individually rather than by area. It is still however a very useful tool especially with the browser extension.”

“I am extremely happy with this service. Essentially what they have put together saves investors loads of time and instead of going to different websites etc to gather info, they have centralised it all in one. The valuation tool, company search tool, plotting, comparables, local data is really fantastic. In fact it was crucial for me in my own gathering of information necessary for a valuation. I have actually emailed them with questions and advice and they have always responses, friendly, knowledgeable and quick.”

“Provides some very useful additional insight into property prices and rental values when looking at properties on Zoopla and On The Market websites and the ability to drill down into the details of the comparative properties to further gauge pricing. However, there seems to be a limit to the radius by which comparative properties are captured, commonly when looking at studio flats from my experience, and no comparison is provided. While it is understandable for average pricing purposes that only a limited radius can be considered, it would still be useful to see details of similar properties on the map, even if they are beyond the radius of what can be reasonably used for average pricing. Something is better than nothing. The pop-up side screen does have occasional glitches where it does not work and partly obscures the Google map feature on Zoopla. The pop-up side screen needs to be closed to access some of the Google map functions like street view. The On The Market website sometimes adjusts its screen size to accommodate the Property Data side screen pop-up and it would be great if this was a standard feature on all websites.”
