“I've been using property data for a little while now, and l would say anyone with an interest in property needs property data in their lives. It just makes sense, if you want to find comparables, within a few seconds the results are in front of you, if you looking at unmodernised homes, the info is collated for you in your chosen area, its value is unlimited, if you want to ask any question or you need to clarify anything regarding how to get the most out of the resource an email sent will be answered promptly. I would definitely recommend property data as a tool to navigating your way around all things relating to property.”

Their new beta feature, where you can search by use class is also extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend.”

“I keep on discovering new tools to use when appraising new developments or when I'm asked to provide a GDV. It's always my go-to tool to understand an area and the Chome extension is genius - a quick glance when on Rightmove is so handy. Plus, the comparables allowed me to provide evidence of ten sales that achieved over a target £/PSF I was given to work to. Such a great tool for such a small layout per month.”
