“I think everything about the platform is great and some very insightful data when looking at your key area to build a portfolio. The only criticism I would have is the listings are out often out of date and frustrating when searching for deals to find them STC when clicking on Rightmove/ Zoopla etc A couple of competitors software is doing real-time data and I fear if property data don’t keep up with the times they may loose out to the competition. Apart from this minor niggle the platform is a powerful tool for property investors of any level and the customer service is very good with quick response rates and new features being added weekly. A great fun bit of kit to use and I find myself sometimes spending hours researching analytics on the site Great work team propertydata 👍”

“An essential tool for any type of property professional, be it investors, developers etc. I particularly like the interface, which is easy to use, and attractive. The breadth of data at your fingertips is stunning! Property Data is a critical piece of software for my business. It saves me so much time, and prevents expensive bad investments, by thoroughly researching data on a given area. I myself use it primarily in the appraisal process. Within a couple of minutes I can have enough data to input into my spreadsheet, and make a decision on a plot of land. It used to take me half an hour at least to source the same information.”
