“I bought the wrong paint, and I need someone to contact me ASAP to get this refunded. I have purchased the correct paint now though!”

“I gave the dimensions of the roof I wished to paint to a Promain adviser. He told me I would need 5 tins to do two coats. At the price displayed on the website I ordered two tins and told him I would order more as needed, as I intended to only do one coat.I completed the painting and did this using only one complete tin and about 25% of the second. The paint spread well and I will have to wait and see how long and well the galvanised roof is protected.”

“The delivery is very prompt. On every order however (3nr so far) the paint cans have been dented. I am beginning to wonder whether the cans are 'seconds' hence the slightly lower price than you competitors.”

“Customer service by phone was excellent. I bought the slate paint for painting my exterior windowsills. It was expensive, however, and the grey colour was rather pale ( not dark enough to look like slate).”
