The technician showed up on time, explained the key steps, and highlighted any potential challenges. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure I was happy with everything. The final result was exactly what I hoped for. On top of that, the whole process felt very smooth and stress-free. Would definitely use them again!”

Helpful Report

“I had my carpets cleaned by Prolux, and honestly, I couldn't be happier! From start to finish, the service was fantastic. Simon, the technician, was super friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the process and really paid attention to details. My carpets were in pretty bad shape with stains from pets and kids, but Simon worked his magic, and now they look almost brand new! The whole experience was smooth, and the pricing was fair for the quality of work they provide. Also, I really appreciate that he arrived on time (which isn't always the case with other services I've used before). Would definitely recommend Prolux and Simon to anyone needing a deep carpet clean! Will for sure use them again in the future.”
