“I had a stain on my carpet that I couldn’t remove myself, even after trying a few cleaning products. It wasn’t very large, but it stood out every time I looked at the room. I booked Prolux cleaning and was very happy with the result. The stain has come out much better than I expected and the carpet looks much cleaner overall. It has made the room feel fresher and more pleasant. The whole experience was straightforward and professional. I’m glad I decided to have it done and would use Prolux again in the future.”

“The wool rug in my dining room had picked up a few marks over time, and the curtains were starting to look a bit dusty around the edges. I decided to get both cleaned at the same time. The results were really good. The rug looks much cleaner and the colours seem brighter, while the curtains feel fresh and look much better hanging up. It wasn’t a dramatic transformation, just a noticeable improvement all round. Very happy with the service and would use Prolux Cleaning again.”

“Had my velvet sofa cleaned by Prolux after noticing it was starting to look a bit flat and marked in places from everyday use. Velvet can be tricky, so I was a little cautious about having it cleaned. The results were better than I expected. The fabric looks much fresher, the marks have lifted well, and the sofa has a nicer appearance overall without losing its soft feel. Really pleased with how it turned out. “We’ve got wool carpets throughout most of the house, so finding a company that knows how to clean them properly was important to us. Prolux Cleaning did a fantastic job. The carpets had started to look dull in a few areas, especially where we walk the most, but they came up looking noticeably cleaner and fresher. “Needed a carpet stain removed in the bedroom after noticing a dark patch that kept standing out every time I walked in. I’d tried cleaning it myself a couple of times but couldn’t really shift it. Booked ProLux and they managed to get it looking much better. The stain’s faded to the point you barely notice it now, and the carpet feels fresher overall too. “One of the kids dropped juice on the carpet and I thought it would dry fine, but it left a proper stain afterwards. Tried using supermarket carpet spray on it but it still looked obvious, especially in daylight. Booked ProLux a few days later and the difference after the clean was really good. The stain has pretty much gone and the carpet looks a lot better overall, not just the one area. Very easy service and reasonably quick to arrange as well. Happy with the result.”
