“I had Vlad come over to clean my sofa and I’m honestly so pleased with the result. I’ve got a dog and the hair had really built up over time, but he managed to get it all out and made the sofa look fresh again. He was polite, on time, and clearly knew what he was doing. It’s made such a difference to the whole room. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone dealing with pet hair issues.”

“Booked ProLux mainly because I needed a quick fix before having people over, not expecting miracles. The carpet had that tired, slightly grey look more than obvious stains. The technician worked quietly and efficiently, and by the time he was done, the whole room just felt lighter. It’s hard to explain, but everything looked cleaner without it being overdone. “Honestly didn’t expect such a noticeable difference, but really impressed with the curtain cleaning. We’re based in Central London and the curtains had picked up years of dust and that slightly dull look you stop noticing until it’s gone. The team arrived on time, explained what they were doing without overcomplicating it, and got straight to work. No mess, no disruption, and they cleaned everything while the curtains were still hanging which made things much easier. Afterwards the fabric looked fresher, colours brighter, and even the room felt lighter. No strong chemical smell either, which was important for us. Overall, very straightforward service and proper results. Would definitely use again.”

“I had a very good experience with ProLux, very nice people, polite, positive, informative, responsible. A had some old carpet stains and I was planning to replace the carpet as it’s about 15 years old wool fibre. Then I found them online, they gave me an advice to clean it first and I decided to try. You need to see the carpet now, it’s like it can out of the store, do bright, fresh, clean and soft. I’m glad I found ProLux and I would be recommending them for sure”

“I recently used ProLux Cleaning for a full interior clean of my car after discovering mould inside and I am genuinely impressed with the result. From the first contact they were professional, friendly and explained clearly what needed to be done to properly remove the mould. The difference after the clean was incredible. The seats, carpets and all interior surfaces looked fresh again and the unpleasant smell that was there before had completely disappeared. The car honestly felt clean and safe to sit in again. They showed up right on time, were super polite, and took the time to walk me through what they were going to do. My carpets look so much better now , brighter, fresher, and way softer underfoot. There were a few spots I didn’t think would come out, but they managed to get rid of them. What I really appreciated was that everything felt clean without that strong chemical smell afterward.
