“Very good carpet and sofa cleaning, fast and efficient”

“Had a pet stain on my wool carpet that I couldn’t get out myself, no matter what I tried. Called ProLux and they came out the same day. They managed to treat it and it looks a lot better now. You can’t really notice it unless you’re looking very closely, which is a big relief. Overall really happy with how it was handled.”

“Reached out to Prolux about getting a rug cleaned and Ivy handled everything on the phone. She was really easy to speak to and sorted a booking that worked for me without any back and forth. The rug had a couple of marks and was looking a bit dull, but after the clean it’s come up much better. Colours look brighter and it just feels properly fresh again. Overall, very smooth experience. Appreciate the help from Ivy and the quality of the clean. Would use them again!”

“Booked Prolux for both carpet and curtain cleaning as they were starting to look quite worn. In the end, it was definitely worth getting it done. The carpets have come up much cleaner and the curtains feel a lot fresher as well. Dimitar handled the job and did a solid job throughout. Worked efficiently and took proper care with everything, which I appreciated. No issues on the day, all went smoothly. Happy with the result and would use them again.”

“I had Vlad come over to clean my sofa and I’m honestly so pleased with the result. I’ve got a dog and the hair had really built up over time, but he managed to get it all out and made the sofa look fresh again. He was polite, on time, and clearly knew what he was doing. It’s made such a difference to the whole room. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone dealing with pet hair issues.”
