“It was super urgent to find somebody who can come the same day to treat a tomato sauce accident on our brand new rug. We've tried cleaning it ourselves but nothing seems to worked, until we call prolux who sent the technician Dimitri in two hours!! He was here in two hours and when he came he acted professional and started the work immediately. In 15 min the stain was gone!!! Amazing!! Great work guys!!”

“Prolux came with their big and heavy equipment and cleaned a heavily soiled carpet in our commercial premisses. The carpet wasn't cleaned for ages, it was so dirty, the colour was not the same anymore. I wish I could upload photos now, so you can see how clean it looks now. It was restored by Prolux Cleaning, for which I am vary gratefull.”

“I came back from the US when I found out that my flat was flooded and the carpet was soaking wet and dirty. I called around and decided to go ahead with Prolux because of the many positive comments. It was a great decision, they ware amazing front taking my inquiry to preforming the service. My carpets were saved! The water was properly extracted and the carpets were sanitised. I would recommend this company!”

“I had my mattress and sofa cleaned by Prolux Cleaning and I am really happy with the results. The mattress feels so much fresher and the sofa looks noticeably cleaner and smells great too. I did not realise how much dirt had built up until I saw the difference after they finished. The technician was friendly, professional and took great care of everything in the room. Nothing was rushed and he made sure the whole job was done properly. It also dried much faster than I expected which was a nice bonus. The whole space feels cleaner and more comfortable now. I would definitely use Prolux Cleaning again and would recommend them to anyone who wants their furniture to feel fresh and well looked after.”

“Prolux exceeded my expectations cleaning a horrible carpet left after two years of tenancy. I was going ti replace the carpet, as it was full of stains and dirt but i decided to try cleaning it first to see what will happen. And then a contacted Prolux and wow, amazing service from the telephone operator to the on-site staff. Carpet is looking brighter and cleaner, and there is a huge difference!! They recommend carpet cleaning twice an year and i will definitely be contacting them in a few months time.”

“I’m very happy with the service from Tom. He arrived on time and was very friendly and easy to talk to. You can tell he knows his job well and has a lot of experience. He explained what he was doing and took good care of my furniture. The sofa looks much cleaner and fresher now, almost like new again. There was no strong smell after and everything was left tidy. “Exceptional service from the very beginning. Getting a quote was easy, communication was fast, and appointment was scheduled in two days time. I needed desperately my carpets cleaned as i was expecting guests. Prolux team did a fantastic job cleaning them perfectly. I was also able to pay by card, which was really convenient. I have already recommended them to my brotherz great company with great staff!!”
