“Got my wool rug cleaned by Prolux Cleaning and I’m pretty happy with how it came out. It had quite a bit of dirt and a few marks from everyday use, so it definitely needed some attention. They did a good job and the rug looks a lot fresher now. No hassle with the booking either. Would use them again.”

“Prolux exceeded my expectations. We called them as my cat was sick on the carpet and we needed a same day service. The operator (forgot his name) was very helpful and polite. Tom came the same afternoon trying his best to get the stains out. Very efficient and I would definitely recommend!”

“We had the carpets cleaned before moving into our new flat as they were quite dirty from the previous tenants. There were a few marks around the rooms and they just didn’t feel very fresh. Prolux did a great job and the difference was obvious once they were finished. It was nice knowing we were moving into a clean place rather than having to deal with it after unpacking everything. “Had Prolux clean our mattress after my daughter had been unwell in bed and there was a small stain that I couldn’t get properly clean myself. I was a bit worried about the mattress staying damp, but it dried much quicker than I expected. The stain is barely noticeable now and the whole mattress feels much fresher. Really glad I got it professionally done rather than keep trying different products at home.”

“Needed my carpets cleaned at short notice and Prolux Cleaning were able to arrange it the same day on Saturday. Tom came over and did a really good job, especially with the marks and dirty areas around the doors and hallway. He was friendly, worked quickly and left everything tidy. “I had a large shaggy rug cleaned by Prolux Cleaning, and honestly the difference is very noticeable. There was quite a bit of dust trapped deep in the fibres along with a few food and drink marks, so I was not sure how well it would come out. They cleaned it properly without making the rug look flat or damaged, and it came back looking much fresher and brighter. Very happy with the work and the service was professional from start to finish.”
