“I had a very good experience with ProLux, very nice people, polite, positive, informative, responsible. A had some old carpet stains and I was planning to replace the carpet as it’s about 15 years old wool fibre. Then I found them online, they gave me an advice to clean it first and I decided to try. You need to see the carpet now, it’s like it can out of the store, do bright, fresh, clean and soft. I’m glad I found ProLux and I would be recommending them for sure”

“I recently used ProLux Cleaning for a full interior clean of my car after discovering mould inside and I am genuinely impressed with the result. From the first contact they were professional, friendly and explained clearly what needed to be done to properly remove the mould. The difference after the clean was incredible. The seats, carpets and all interior surfaces looked fresh again and the unpleasant smell that was there before had completely disappeared. The car honestly felt clean and safe to sit in again. What stood out the most was the attention to detail and the care they took with the whole process. It is clear they take pride in their work and use proper equipment to do the job properly. “I had Prolux Cleaning come out to clean my carpets, and I’m honestly so glad I chose them. The whole experience felt easy and stress-free. They showed up right on time, were super polite, and took the time to walk me through what they were going to do. My carpets look so much better now , brighter, fresher, and way softer underfoot. There were a few spots I didn’t think would come out, but they managed to get rid of them. What I really appreciated was that everything felt clean without that strong chemical smell afterward. The house just felt fresh. You can tell they take pride in their work. I’d definitely recommend Prolux Cleaning to anyone who wants their carpets done properly, and I’ll be calling them again in the future.”

“I booked carpet cleaning with them for my hallway and stairs carpets. The process was straightforward, they texted me in WhatsApp app we choose a date, confirming price and that was it The cleaner was exactly on time, on the spot! A was amazed how much dirt it came from my carpets. He cleaned them so well i wasn't sure were those the same carpets, they were restored, colour was back and that saved me money for replacement. I am very happy and i will recommend prolux for sure”

“It is very easy working with them, I called last week and I needed urgently someone to clean my white rug because of an accident from a pet. When i called proluc a lovely gentleman called Tom was very professional and accommodating, he booked me in for the same day, which was a relief. Tom promised to send his supervisor and that's what actually happened. On site the person (forgot his name) was definitely experienced, knowing how to treat the issue. He was done in 30 min, leaving my rug cleaned and fresh again.”

“Excellent service. We called prolux to clean a milk stain on our brand new wool-made carpet. We've tried cleaning the stain ourselves but nothing seemed to work. Other companies said that the carpet was damaged and we were thinking of replacing it. Then we found prolux, they were also unable to offer us guarantees but they were willing to try and it worked... Special thanks to prolux and Vlad for saving my carpet and for the amazing friendly experience”
