“Very pleased with the cleaning of my carpets. I was moving into a new property and I wanted an urgent carpet cleaning appointment. Tom was so kind and accommodating fitting me in for the same day. Vasil, the carpet cleaner, cane exactly on time, doing a perfect job with the carpets”

“Prolux Cleaning did such a great job with my sofa. My kids got paint on it and I thought there was no chance it would come out. They came quickly, were really friendly, and managed to remove all the paint. The sofa honestly looks like new again. I’m so happy with the service and will definitely call them again if I ever need to.”

“Amazing, Vasil was my hero saving my rug from a permanent damage. He came on the same day, clean it deeply, removed the stain (dog urine...) and left it almost dried. All of that for £80 !!!!”

“Had Tom over last weekend to sort out our mattress, and wow I didn’t expect it to come up this clean. He’s a down to earth guy, easy to chat with, and he cracked on with the job no messing around. The mattress looks way better than before (honestly thought we’d need to replace it). Price was fair too. Wouldn’t hesitate to get him back again.”

“I had Prolux come to clean the carpets in my flat in Islington, and I honestly couldn’t believe the difference. The carpets had seen better days (thanks to kids and a dog), but after the cleaning they looked fresh, smelled great, and even felt softer underfoot. The guys were friendly, on time, and explained everything they were doing, which I really appreciated. It’s not often you get service that feels both professional and personal — I’ll definitely be booking them again.”

“Very happy, smooth and efficient process from start to finish. My car had a bad odour as the previous owner was a smoker. Prolux transformed this smelly car into a nice smelling vehicle. The whole process took about two hours and the car needed about 8 hours to dry.”

“Wow I'm so impressed what Tom from Prolux did with my carpets. They were old carpets, heavily stained by tenants, i was even thinking of replacing them. Then I called the prolux team, they advised me to try cleaning them first. I do not regret my decision, carpets look almost like new and I've saved a lot of money for replacement. “Unfortunately, i canno upload photos, so you can see clean my sofa looks like. It was an old, full of stains velvet sofa left by the previous owner, and i was planning to throw it out. A friend of mine recommend Prolux and if i have to be honest, i wasn't enough optimistic but i decided to give it a try. It cost me less than i expected, took only a day for someone to arrive, and it took an hour to restore the original look of the sofa. Smooth process, remarkable results. I will be using them very soon for my carpets”

“Simon was extremely polite to me and my family. He worked hard getting all the stains out, spend his time and did not rushed the job...Once he was done the dining chairs were almost new again, what a difference!!
