“I had a positive experience with this company. I have used many other cleaning companies in the past, however Prolux provides quality for a reasonable price. Communication is easy, process is smooth and I'm very happy from the cleaning”

“It is very easy working with them, I called last week and I needed urgently someone to clean my white rug because of an accident from a pet. When i called proluc a lovely gentleman called Tom was very professional and accommodating, he booked me in for the same day, which was a relief. Tom promised to send his supervisor and that's what actually happened. On site the person (forgot his name) was definitely experienced, knowing how to treat the issue. He was done in 30 min, leaving my rug cleaned and fresh again.”

“Excellent service. We called prolux to clean a milk stain on our brand new wool-made carpet. We've tried cleaning the stain ourselves but nothing seemed to work. Other companies said that the carpet was damaged and we were thinking of replacing it. Then we found prolux, they were also unable to offer us guarantees but they were willing to try and it worked... Special thanks to prolux and Vlad for saving my carpet and for the amazing friendly experience”

“The flat had a lingering cigarette smell from the previous owner that just wouldn’t go away. After the curtain cleaning, the difference was immediate. “It was super urgent to find somebody who can come the same day to treat a tomato sauce accident on our brand new rug. We've tried cleaning it ourselves but nothing seems to worked, until we call prolux who sent the technician Dimitri in two hours!! He was here in two hours and when he came he acted professional and started the work immediately. In 15 min the stain was gone!!! Amazing!! Great work guys!!”

“Prolux came with their big and heavy equipment and cleaned a heavily soiled carpet in our commercial premisses. The carpet wasn't cleaned for ages, it was so dirty, the colour was not the same anymore. I wish I could upload photos now, so you can see how clean it looks now. It was restored by Prolux Cleaning, for which I am vary gratefull.”

“I came back from the US when I found out that my flat was flooded and the carpet was soaking wet and dirty. I called around and decided to go ahead with Prolux because of the many positive comments. It was a great decision, they ware amazing front taking my inquiry to preforming the service. My carpets were saved! The water was properly extracted and the carpets were sanitised. I would recommend this company!”
