“Very friendly staff, it was such a pleasure dealing with this company. Cleaning was also up to the standard, some small stains did remain on the carpet, but it's way cleaner now.”

“Amazing from start to finish. We had a dog accident on our sofa and a friend of mine recommend Prolux. The gentleman on the phone was helpful offering us last minute availability and even a discount! “It was a huge emergency, a whole cup of tea was spilled on my white wool carpet. I have tried anything but the stain was not going away. Then i searched for a same day cleaning company and found prolux, who were able to come on the same day. For 15 min cleaning the stain was gone!! Communication was easy, they also accept card payments, which was really convenient”

“I recently used Prolux Cleaning for a deep sofa cleaning and honestly I’m super impressed. My sofa was looking pretty dull and had a couple stains that I thought wont come out, but their technician did an amazing job. He arrived on time (actually a bit early), was very polite and explained what he was doing the whole time wich I really appreciated. After the cleaning the sofa looked almost like new – colours came back and it smelled really fresh, not that chemical smell you sometimes get. The whole service was quicker then I expected too. Price was fair for the quality they delivered. Overall I’m really happy and I’ll definetely use Prolux again. Really good service and highly recommended!”

“Fantastic experience with this company no wonder they have so many positive feedbacks. Rachel was polite and helpful over the phone, she helped me book this in for the next day, which was my main priority. The carpet was in a terrible state, many stains and dirt, i was thinking about replacing it. Rachel advised me to get it cleaned for starters, and she wax right. Now it looks almost like new and i've saved a lot of money for replacement! Many thanks to the cleaner Dimitar who have done the miracle restoring those carpets to their formal glory!!!”

“Vlad was amazing, professional, polite gentlemen with attention to details. We had a lot of paint stains in my kids bedroom, some of them old and deep. Vlad came with his powerful equiptment and have spend more than an hour, treating every single one of them. Almost all stains are gone now and the carpet look way better than before. I would be recommending him to all my family and friends.”

“A had a great experience using prolux for cleaning my stairs and landing carpets. The carpets were dusty with a lot of traffic area, but when prolux steamed them with the machine, now the difference is remarkable. The carpets look white again, feel softer and cleaner.
