“I had my carpets cleaned by Prolux, and honestly, I couldn't be happier! From start to finish, the service was fantastic. Simon, the technician, was super friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the process and really paid attention to details. My carpets were in pretty bad shape with stains from pets and kids, but Simon worked his magic, and now they look almost brand new! The whole experience was smooth, and the pricing was fair for the quality of work they provide. Also, I really appreciate that he arrived on time (which isn't always the case with other services I've used before). Would definitely recommend Prolux and Simon to anyone needing a deep carpet clean! Will for sure use them again in the future.”

“Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much cause my carpet was in pretty bad shape, but Simon totally surprised me. He got out stains that had been there for YEARS. Super friendly guy too, didn’t rush the job like some other cleaners I’ve used before. Price was fair, and he even gave me some tips on keeping the carpet clean longer. Only regret is not calling him sooner. Def gonna use him again!”
