“I only wanted one stain removed, but in the end decided to have the whole carpet cleaned. It was definitely the right choice. The colour looks much more even now and the room feels cleaner overall. Sometimes you don’t notice how much dust and marks build up over the years until everything is properly cleaned. Very happy with ProLux and the service provided. I will use them again in the future.”

“A friend of mine recommended Prolux for curtain cleaning. I had two sets of black out curtains with a terrible cooking smell and time bits of mould on the edges. Dan from Prolux came exactly on time. He was very respectful and polite with me and my family. In an hour he called me to check the cleaning results and I was amazed, no mould, no smell like, curtains were like new again!”

“I had a stain on my carpet that I couldn’t remove myself, even after trying a few cleaning products. It wasn’t very large, but it stood out every time I looked at the room. I booked Prolux cleaning and was very happy with the result. The stain has come out much better than I expected and the carpet looks much cleaner overall. It has made the room feel fresher and more pleasant. The whole experience was straightforward and professional. I’m glad I decided to have it done and would use Prolux again in the future.”

“The wool rug in my dining room had picked up a few marks over time, and the curtains were starting to look a bit dusty around the edges. I decided to get both cleaned at the same time. The results were really good. The rug looks much cleaner and the colours seem brighter, while the curtains feel fresh and look much better hanging up. It wasn’t a dramatic transformation, just a noticeable improvement all round. Very happy with the service and would use Prolux Cleaning again.”

“Had my velvet sofa cleaned by Prolux after noticing it was starting to look a bit flat and marked in places from everyday use. Velvet can be tricky, so I was a little cautious about having it cleaned. The results were better than I expected. The fabric looks much fresher, the marks have lifted well, and the sofa has a nicer appearance overall without losing its soft feel. Really pleased with how it turned out. The whole process was straightforward and I’d happily use Prolux again.”

“We’ve got wool carpets throughout most of the house, so finding a company that knows how to clean them properly was important to us. Prolux Cleaning did a fantastic job. The carpets had started to look dull in a few areas, especially where we walk the most, but they came up looking noticeably cleaner and fresher. The team was friendly, worked efficiently, and took great care with the carpets. There was no strong cleaning smell afterwards, and everything dried nicely. It’s clear they understand how to treat wool carpets without being too aggressive. Really pleased with the results and would happily recommend them.”

Helpful Report

“Great job Tom, thank you very much for the thorough cleaning and for your kindness”

“Needed a carpet stain removed in the bedroom after noticing a dark patch that kept standing out every time I walked in. I’d tried cleaning it myself a couple of times but couldn’t really shift it. Booked ProLux and they managed to get it looking much better. The stain’s faded to the point you barely notice it now, and the carpet feels fresher overall too. No problems with the service at all, everything was simple and straightforward.”
