“The service was good but the method of payment too restrictive. Surely arrangements can be made for internet banking and I object at having to use a personal credit/debit card on behalf of a company. Hopefully, next year I will be given the option to make a bank transfer direct from the company's account”

“Email responses and phone calls always quick efficient polite and concise. Thank you.. It would be helpful if the Public liability certificate from HCC actually said "Public" liability. Clients always have an issue with it not saying Public”
