“When it comes to selling online most people look for a great service and a great price Printerland knocks it out the park. There Website was easy to navigate and has an extensive range of printers often offered with an additional add on of an extra bottle of ink which offer a further saving to there great price. Well done printerland a great experience.”

“I am delighted with the service I received from Printerland. Initially I had opted for a model that had great reviews online, but following my purchase Printerland contacted me to let me know the model I had chosen was quite old and the consumables would result in the printer being very expensive to run. They advised me on a model for a similar price point with more affordable consumables which I went with. The printer they advised is wonderful, easy to set up and great print quality. I couldn't recommend Printerland more! Thank you”

“Ordered an all-in-one printer from Printerland. Got a call from them the following morning suggesting that I buy the next model up which had more features and was better value (the extra ink it came with was more than the price increase). There was no pressure to change my order (they emailed the link over and said that they'd ship my original order as planned if I didn't request the upgraded model by the end of the day. Had a couple of questions for them via the online chat whilst I made my decision which were answered promptly.”

“This is the second time I have purchased a printer from Printerland. This time a Canon iSensys MF752Cdw. As on the first occasion, the price was reasonable and delivery was prompt - so no concerns on that front. However, I ran into a problem with the printer not printing via Airprint and so called Printerland on their phone number displayed for such support on their web site. There was no answer and so left a message. Then contacted Canon the manufacturer who eventually resolved the problem. To their credit, Printerland did call back a few hours later to check on my query and said that calling Canon was the right option. Not manning the phone line advertised for support would warrant the deduction of half a star but they did then call back.”

“An excellent company to deal with. After my own research I ordered my printer from Printerland as price was very competitive. I was very impressed by the customer service - before delivery they telephoned to make sure I would be happy with the printer ordered and that it met my needs. Printer arrived very quickly via DPD and in good order. Highly recommended.”

“Used Printerland for the first time to purchase a new Epson printer after mine was damaged during a house move. Easy to navigate website and find what I needed. Ordered late on a Friday and received goods the following Monday. Really impressed as delivery was included in the price. Well done! Will definitely use them again when needing more supplies.”

“Having been advised which printer would best suit my needs, Printerland supplied the printer, the original toner and replacement toners exceedingly quickly, with no fuss and with a discount. I can not fault the company and its customer service.”

“Outstanding service for technical advice and ordering/delivery. Using the free-phone number quoted on the website, I spoke to Mark Toole. I wanted to buy a replacement for my Epson printer/copier/scanner which was a discontinued WF-3520 which had done good service for 10 years but had broken down. I was able to get very good technical advice on which new model to buy by comparing features of the old model with 2 comparable new ones. So once I had decide on the WF-3820 Mark made the order for me and arranged delivery for 2 days later, as I specified. The dispatch email came early on the day of delivery and I tracked it to get the timeslot. It arrived at the beginning of the 2-hour timeslot specified. I will use Printerland again for future print cartridge replacement since you can order individaul colours rather than just multi-packs as they run out on different timescalss.”
