“My printer broke and I contacted Printerland for advice. They were really helpful and the printer I purchased was delivered the next day, which was brilliant as we rely on the printer a lot running the business. The office even contacted me a few days later to make sure everything was ok. Great service would highly recommend”

“Absolutely outstanding! I’ve shopped at dozens of printer sites over the years, but Printerland is in a league of its own. Ordered a new HP LaserJet Pro 3002dw on Friday and it arrived by midday on the second working day lightning-fast and perfectly packed. Prices are genuinely the lowest I’ve found anywhere, the website is a joy to use, and when I needed a quick bit of information John their brilliant customer service advisor was incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and sorted me out in minutes on the phone. The HP LaserJet Pro 3002dw itself is a dream crystal clear prints, zero fuss setup. Honestly, Printerland has ruined every other retailer for me. If you need anything printing-related, stop looking and buy from them right now. Best online store I’ve ever used 10/10, would recommend a thousand times over. M”

“Very pleased with the service. Ordering process was straightforward and free next day delivery worked well with delivery on time. It was also useful to have short overview videos on the website to help with product comparisons. I haven't had the printer long enough to to comment on how good it is but so far very happy.”

“As a first time printer buy, Printerland delivered exceptional customer service, advising what sort of printer would be best for my needs, and answering a lot more questions I had (however basic they might be to a printer expert) to be certain I was making the right purchase. A shout out to Luke who responded to my questions via email promptly and giving great advice. Would certainly recommend to any first time buyers!”

“I originally ordered 2 new printers and some toners on line got a call of Mathew from printerland had a quick conversation and he suggested a different brand might be more suitable and cheaper answered all my questions such as airprint compatibility using ios and win 10 plus network connection wi fi decided on his recommendation the printer and toners came the following day at a lower price great deal great communication need a printer get in from here :) Satisfaction 5 star well done”

“I received the printer and am very happy with it - service was excellent with a PrinterLand staff member (Luke) following up after I had picked another printer to check if I needed it for Mac (which I did) and then steering me to the printer I ended up buying. Very happy with both printer and buying experience”

“I came across the Printerland website when searching for reviews on three different printers (the final three to consider before buying). Layout and information on the website is great. Still undecided on my final choice so phoned thier Sales Team to discuss... very friendly and helpful, good advice received and technical points explained. Final check online... found a marginally better deal which Printerland matched. All good :)”

“I have recently purchased a printer from Printerland. This company practises what it preaches. Delivery took place, as promised, the day after the order was placed. The printer was beautifully and securely packed and was in perfect order. Setting up was well directed. Connecting to the Wi-Fi was a little more complicated, but that was due to my own ignorance, which my son helped me overcome!”
