“I ordered a Kyocera P4000x online. The site was useful in making a balanced choice between purchase and running costs. At checkout I was surprised to see that I had an option to use Amazon Pay. I selected this option as I had an Amazon Prime account. This really streamlined the process as my details were already locked into the Amazon account. I was also delighted that confirmatory emails were sent further more payment wasn't taken until Printerland were ready to send the item. The printer arrived, well packaged and unscathed and worked fine. Furthermore, a representative contacted me a few days later to confirm all had gone well and to my satisfaction. Overall great service.”

“James was very helpful. I had ordered on line what I thought I needed and James telephoned me and explained why there was a better product which he could do at the same price. Delivery was prompt. The printer is working well.”

“Very impressive website, with clear information on a wide range of printers. I was particularly impressed by the estimate of running costs for each printer. Add to that, the prices are extremely competitiive and delivery is both free and on the next working day. Printers are displayed alongside their most important features, with full specifications available by clicking on a tab. Some improvements to the site that I would suggest are to the filtering options - I was not able to untangle inkjet, mono and colour laser tyoes for multi-function printers. And the description of each printer appears to be what one would expect from the manufacturer, rather than by an independent expert, making these of limited use. I note that the company has telephone advisers to help buyers make a choice, but I did not use that service. I was also impressed that, having ordered the printer, I received a phone call checking that the printer features were what I had believed to be the case when I ordered and that I was offered a reduction for an opened box item.”

“Despite having a PhD at my age, I find modern technology sometimes difficult to understand and photo-copiers is a typical example. My previous copier with no modern facilities ended its life and put to rest. So, as being still active both teaching and other voluntary duties a copier is of vital importance. However, looking at the internet there are simply loads of took at offering all sorts of advantages of choosing their model. I’m looking for An A4 mono. No longer require an A5 and mono as I have an incredible HP colour printer. So, I read all the information attached to each machine and the frequent technical words used, I really preferred to speak to a real person that would answer in real English. I chose Printerland and first explained exactly my needs, wireless, two sides and enlarge/reduce facility etc. I was in luck as the gent at the other end of the phone was polite and listened carefully to my needs. Then he made his recommendation a Xerox 315 which appeared to meet my needs perfectly. Delivery next day, unpacked and ready to go. Looking and reading all the instructions and viewing them easily online got hooked up to my router first. From then on all ending well, yes, a couple of attempts to get it right but the technology with the double sided and multiple pages – incredible and so time saving having to previous hand feed. Then tried out the other facilities – could not got wrong. So coupled with both top-class service where they take care to sell you the right product and not the most expensive could not have been better. Easy now to crash on thanks to Printerland. “i acquired a Canon printer /scanner MF752.When selecting the model, Printerland guided me away from a more expensive model as I would be buying functions I would not use. The printer came on time and works just as I need for my office use. Thank you!”
