“I purchased a new Xerox printer from Printerland as they offered the best price including next day delivery. I’ve since purchased several sets of genuine cartridges from them, again with best price and immediate delivery. What’s not to like?”

“We always purchase our toners from these guys, not just because of the competitive pricing, but because delivery is fast and efficient. When one of our printers flashes up with the 'replace toner' sign, we just jump online, order the toner we need and it arrives first thing next day. Therefore, we've never seen the need for us to stock replacement toners ourselves.”

“I was thoroughly content with the service provided by Printerland. There are so many printers to choose from, but this also brings its problems as there are very similar models with only fairly marginal differences, making it tricky for the non-expert customer (me). Having ordered and paid for what I thought would be a sensible choice, I received a phone call from Printerland noting that if I didn't need double-sided scanning (I didn't), the same printer without that facility was £20 cheaper. They changed my order and refunded the difference. Also managed to get next day delivery (Christmas Eve) despite my saying that there was no rush and I would understand if delivery was delayed until after Christmas.”

“Vey good service as always. We have been using Printerland for ALL of our printer needs and there service is always stellar. We have the confidence that the ink is always genuine and Printerland only sell machines and supplies that they vetted so you know that you are buying a profuct that this company is going to stand by - not some random printer with bad quality or print value. Strongly reccomend.”

“I'm very glad that I found Printerland. The range of printers is vast. However, thanks to many video reviews it's not overwhelming. I felt confident that I was making a right purchase thanks to videos and other information in the Printerland online shop. (BTW. I'm happy with my printer). Thanks to links and clear information it was easy to get the cashback and extra warranty. Finally, communication. I didn't need to ask any question about the product. The delivery information was clear. The printer came in expected time, so didn't have to ask about it as well. However, The printerland is probably the first company which asked me personally, how was my shopping and delivery experiance! Very nice touch from John!”

“I have not used this company before, but its sales people were great and helped me choose a Brother Laser & an as required toner deal perfect for my needs - for its free next day delivery. Following its arrival and set up the team generated a PIN code to activate the Registration. The two guys I spoke to were both really helpful and also provided me details of Brother Customer Service for any Brother specific questions. Thanks very much.”

“Service was second to none! I ordered a printer that was not available but the pronterland staff contacted me by phone and immediately offered me a better model with more features that was less money. The printer was delivered the next day and I even got a courtesy call to ensure everything was ok and working and that I was able to set up correctly. Fantastic service - I would definately use again and reccomend”

“I ordered a new printer for our office last week. The information given on the printerland site really helped make the decision making easier through detailed description and comparisons and helpful upgrade options.
