“Finding an Epson EcoTank in stock felt like spotting Bigfoot. Printerland not only had one, but delivered it quickly and for less money than anywhere else. Works like a charm.”

“Excellent service from Printerland. I recently purchased a printer for work through them which unfortunately was being discontinued, within 30 minutes they had been in touch with a recommendation for a like for like printer. On accepting they quickly amended the order and processed a refund for the difference and we stil received the item next day. I have also ordered ink cartridges for the printer which was a smooth process, arriving within 24 hours! Would defintely use again and recommend.”

“The service was excellent. John Chapman went through my concerns and we choose a printer that would suit my needs. He emailed to confirm the printer we discussed and ordered had arrived and everything was OK. The delivery was on time. I haven't used the printer fully yet as not sure how to set some print options up, but John offered to put me in touch with Epson if needed.”

“Printers are without a doubt the most universally hated piece of office equipment. But I needed one, and these folks were enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable about their products. I bought one of these - https://www.printerland.co.uk/product/epson-workforce-wf-7840dtwf/149211 - and the lady in the video's determination to saying the entire name and model number of the printer every time it was mentioned really emphasised their commitment to the bit. The delivery was quick, and correspondance was prompt and clear. The printer was also super easy to set up and has a great feature set. I'm particularly excited about A3 printing. Bottom line; if you need a printer, order one from here.”

“I called and spoke with a very knowledgeable salesperson who helped narrow my specific requirements to two printers and was very helpful in pointing out the differences. Honestly I was blown away by the clear and concise nature of the assistance and I asked for an email to be sent with the details. No pressure was applied and I made an order forthwith. The order arrived quickly and I was very happy with the clear updates from printerland. Even afterwards they updated me with a link to setup product registration with a link to the manufacturer specific web page. Brilliant! Excellent after sales email to make sure I was happy. Brilliant company, excellent service. Thank you!”

“So I was looking to replace my trusty but ancient HP Deskjet. I needed a reliable good printer, and found just what I needed at Printerland. The ability to compare and contrast printers before making the choice, the options for delivery, the way the delivery was handled - in the loop at all times - made me very happy I had chosen this company. The £50 cashback from Epson helps, too! I also like the way that Printerland offer optional items, without making you feel obligated to add them in. If it's not needed, don't buy it. Altogether, a great experience, hence 5 stars!”
