“The service provided was amazing. Within less than a hour i was told the printer i required was not in stock so the company offered me an upgrade for the same price. That is truly professional and indicates that Printerland holds its customers in high regard. Additionally within 24 hours of ordering my printer it was delivered to my address. I wasnt expecting such a quick and professional service. At least now with the quality of service i received there is no need to go to the High Street”

“I recently purchased Xerox 325 Printer from Printerland. The printer was advertised at a reasonable price so I was keen to purchase it if at all possible. I had read reviews left by others and therefore I was confident that Printerland would meet my requirements. As I don’t live in mainland GB I thought it would be difficult to have it delivered to me but after contacting the Company they were only too happy to assist me. I requested delivery on a certain day and my parcel arrived on that day just as I hoped it would. Everything was explained to me clearly how to register the printer and how to claim back the £35 discount from Xerox. I am very please with the service provided by Printerland and I would certainly recommend them to everybody looking to buy a hassle free product from a trustworthy and professional company. Thank you Printerland.”

“I recently retired, and my home office printer decided it would too. My EPSON WF-7525 all in one had given 13 years service, but the frequency of 'unrecognised cartridge' messages and blocked nozzles were too much. Buying a printer can be hard. Manufacturer's product lines are confusing and overlap and product numbers are pretty opaque. Professional reviews often miss the point and A***ns often conflate multiple model reviews as if one. I stumbled across Printerland whilst looking for printer specs and I found their website presentation to be very helpful when making the decision. It was equally very helpful in the way that the 'compatible ink cartridges' are listed - and I don't just mean non-OEM ink, I'm also referring to the manufacturers own cartridge sets. Having found Printerland, I was pleased to find a UK based supplier that was offering a fair price with honest stock level information. Purchasing was quick and painless and I got follow-up emails regarding delivery and even a phone call about the printer ink options. I haven't needed to come back to them for any after sales services, but I feel reassured that they will be there for me if I did. I'm very happy with the whole process - first rate service. I would use Printerland again as a first/preferred choice supplier and I have no reservations recommending them to others. (and the new Brother printer is a joy!)”

“Cannot fault the service for Printerland. Not only was the printer I needed the cheapest from Printerland that I could find online, but after purchasing I received a call to ensure I was aware of the toner costs, and was provided advice on subscription models that would make my usage cheaper, before they shipped out the product. I was purchasing for work, but I was greatful to receive this information up front, before the printer had been dispatched. The printer then arrived the next day, and was up and running within a few minutes of receiving it. Cannot fault the time or service I have received, a well earned positive review!”
