“My Kyocera laser printer died recently and i required another printer ASAP. Incidentally, my last printer was also purchased from printerland and i chose to return due to my positive experience not to mention friendly customer service. I found the printerland website quite user friendly and straightforward to navigate to find everything. After some research, i settled on the Epson WF-4830DTWF. It appears to be a very capable printer with a decent feature set. My online order was swiftly dispatched and following receipt, i was able to setup the printer in around 30mins. as i am reasonably competent in IT hardware. Overall, i feel the printer is a good balance between home/office environment without breaking the bank though i was a little annoyed to learn the price had dropped a few quid on the website just a week after i bought it. Anyway, following my printer purchase, i was contacted by Matthew with a courtesy email to ask if i had received my order and if there was anything further he could do to support. This was a nice touch. All in all a commendable service from printerland (as expected) and i highly recommend to anyone with printer related needs.”

“I purchased a printer from Printerland as one of my duaghter's Christmas gifts. Selection available was wide and the details contained on the website were suitable for me to understand which one to pick. The speed and delivery of the item was as expected and swift from point of delivery. From point of purchase, the item came with extended warranty and cashback, which Printerland made really easy to process with their links and tabs to support. Overall positive experience and would revisit for any future needs as and when they come about.”

“I was in the market for a new printer and having heard great things about Printerland from the regular praise I'd seen online and in PC Pro magazine, this was my first port of call. I wasn't sure which printer would suit my use, so used the live chat, and the person I spoke to was real (not a given recently) and was happy to discuss my requirements and make sure I was buying the right printer, even checking if something more suitable wasn't available for less. I placed my ordered and the printer was with me, in under 24 hours, great service as I expected and I was thrilled not to be disappointed.”

“Contacting Printerland was like a breath of fresh air. I called PL twice and it was the same response each time. I didn't have to wait long for my call to be answered, and by a human being, not voicemail. That was very refreshing! This person directed me quickly to someone else who knew at once the printer I was describing about and gave me all the information I needed clearly and promptly. I needed some time to think about this purchase. When I decided to go ahead, I called again. The second person I talked to also answered my questions easily and explained about cables, connections, the machine manufacturer etc. What I appreciated most was him telling me exactly what I needed to do in the event of a problem with the machine as well as questions I had regarding payment and delivery. All in all, it was a pleasure dealing with PL and I will definately contact them again in the future. Great service and very courteous.”

“Printerland: I found Printerland by surfing the internet. After several checks, the price was right so I decided to buy from Printerland and was not disappointed. They adversed the next day delivery but I thought this would not happen given the time I placed the order. I received the printer the next day (although the ETA was the day after) so I was pleasantly surprised. Printerland had kept their promise. The printer: MFC Brother 8340 colour laser printer. Recommended on the internet after a lot of research. The hardest was to get it out of the box and place it in the right location as it is heavy. However the printer was well packed and the plastic back it came it was really helpful. I had a bit of an issue to connect it automatically to our wifi but it worked straight away once I connected it manually by putting the IP address in. Once connected, I was able to print straight away from my chromebook which I was surprised about. I had no changes to make, on the printer or in the chromebook. How refreshing. I then printed from my husband's HP laptop. I had to select the printer and make it the default but again, I had no issues printing. Compared to the issues we had with printing before, I was really happy. We do not print that much but decided to invest in a good laser printer to avoid to have issues with the ink drying out. The quality is not great for colour pages but BW is perfect and above all we hope reliable. Very impressed with Printerland and with the printer so far. We hope that the replacement toner cartridges will also live to expectation.”

“Second time I’ve used Printerland for a printer purchase and I’m pleased to say it arrived on time and undamaged. I've bought an Epson ET18100 to replace an ageing Canon Pro 100s, and for those considering the same the decision I can tell you that colour print quality is just as good if you use the right profiles. See Keith Cooper at Northlight Images for the best profiles. Very pleased with my purchase.”
