“Bought a printer from here by finding them online. The website was user friendly and helped me limit which printer/scanner to choose. I decided to call them and found the sales team really helpful in helping me choose what I was looking for. Printer came the next day. Always someone at the other end of the phone for assistance too and they follow up with you to make sure your happy. Also bought my cartridges from here and they came the next day. So easy, the team have good knowledge of their supplies. Great service and pleased with my purchases.”

“Buying an Epsom Workforce Pro from Printerland was the smartest thing I have done in a long time. Very low running costs, excellent print quality and it's fast. I read a couple of reviews that said it was slow printing double-sided. The truth is that it's very quick doing single-sided but you have to realize that when it double sides it has to pause between printing the front and back while the ink dries. Great customer service from Printerland.”

“Responsive, courteous and reliable service. The toners arrived the next day and all worked extremely well. My only suggestion for improvement is to clearly mark the phone number of the sales department on invoices - so next time I don't have to go through the general switchboard - which took a while to answer the call.”
