“Excellent service from the first phone call to order our fax to the delivery of the machine. We were kept informed of the progress of our order at all times and the Fax was cheaper then anywhere else that we could find. Will definitely return to Printerland in the future and recommend them to friends and colleagues.”

“Ordering, payment, invoicing and delivery of a Brother printer to my son in University halls last week was easy, quick and accurate and the price was excellent. The after sales attention has been great. Based on experience to date, I would definitely recommend Printerland as a good value and trusted supplier. “I bought a Xerox VersaLink C405 in July 2019, attracted by its lifetime warranty. I was served by a very helpful Rosanna Francis. The printer exceeds my expectations and I love using it. I also bought the stand but am disappointed as it does not fit flush. Xerox over exaggerated their marketing photos, so be warned. In Sept I was contacted by Mark Parkinson with a great offer to purchase a full set of XL toners for the printer. I bought the toners to extend my warranty but was then told by Xerox that you need to purchase the toners 60 days before your warranty ends. Mark very quickly sorted this out for me and I got a full refund. I would not hesitate to buy further products from Printerland. Their service has been outstanding.”

“I am always impressed with the high level of customer service I receive from staff at Printerland. I have bought 2 printers and many printer cartridges over the last three years. Quality is great, and delivery is always when it is supposed to be. I am always offered a loyalty discount as well. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my printer supplies.”
