“Didn’t require them to do anything complicated. Ordered a printer through them. What I ordered was delivered ontime. Answered the phone quickly when I rang to ask about claiming cashback. Gave me advice on my options. Service should always be this simple”

“We have used Printerland for the past 5 years. They always offer a high level of service, customer care, and product knowledge. Delivery is always of a quick turn around, and even if our account manager is on holiday, other members of staff are well versed in their product knowledge and happy to help. Printerland are a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend.”

“I have ordered from here before but wanted a new printer and wasn't sure what to go for and I got really good advice as to what to choose and they were very helpful and once ordered it came within days and the printer is great. Wouldn't hesitate to use again”

“We were very impressed with Printerland. Competitive in cost, and great service. We were called once we had paid with a check on what else we might need and contacted after to see if there were any add ons we needed. Delivered right on time and within 24 hours. Excellent stuff. Thank you.”

“Fast and efficient service. Ordered Friday received Saturday. The Lexmark printer was easy to set up and Printerland followed up on the Monday to check that everything had gone to plan. Very impressed.”

“Printerland has just delivered me a new set of laser printer cartridges for the Lexmark copier they sold me earlier this year. The delivery on my telephone order was made at exactly the required time and correct to specification and at the advertised discount price. No nonsense, no drama, and brought to my door by a courteous delivery operative who knew his job. What more could I ask< In a world wracked with frustrations and often fraught with human error and efficiency, here is a firm that just gets on and makes it work. Cheers!! COLIN BAILEY”
