“Printerland saved us loads of money by supplying a part that kept our printer running, which meant that we didn't have to get a new printer and having spare ink cartridges for this machine enabled us to use them and not throw them away. Well done!”

“I was in the market for a new printer and telephoned Printerland for some advice on the best printer for my situation. The person I spoke to was very courteous and knowledgeable, taking the time to go through pros and cons of different printers. I decided which one to have and placed an order at 3 pm. The printer was delivered the following day. Having set the printer up it is working well and I have no complaints. I had a follow-up e mail from Printerland asking if I was happy with the printer and asking if I needed anything else. Great service and would definitely use them again”

“Printer despatched extremely promptly, could be tracked and arrived by reputable courier at the time expected next day. It would seem Printerland have a strong relationship with HP (at least) since they were promoting an HP cash back offer in advance of it being published on the HP website. I'm sure a relationship like that can only benefit customers. I had a couple of questions that I emailed during the order process and these were answered accurately, succinctly and almost immediately by Matthew. I will have no hesitation in dealing with Printerland in the future.”

“I'm a real digital immigrant and all things technology are a bit of a mystery. So finding a company that give great sales advice, excellent support post sale and where nothing is too much trouble, and at fantastic price points has been a wonderful surprise. So within 24 hours I'm up and running with my new printer, and just wishing you sold all household appliances. There are plenty of companies that could learn some real lessons. Great value. Thank you so much.”
