“Easy to order, all the info I needed and a huge range of products. Order arrived, perfectly packed and simple to set up in the knowledge that if I had any problems I could easily call for help. After delivery i had contact to make sure all was well, good service indeed.”

“I had no idea which printer to buy. I made an (un)educated guess – but a Printerland employee pointed out some obvious drawbacks of the model I had chosen, and asked some questions to find the one that was right for me. I have ended up with a much better (and less expensive) printer, that has worked out great. Thanks for going above and beyond.”

“Always excellent service, great prices and delivery on time. Very helpful when I had an issue getting a maintenance box for my printer when I couldn't get help from anywhere else and I've stayed with Printerland ever since.”

“I purchased a xerox mono printer from Printerland last year. A representative called me after the order was placed to ensure that the printer I chose met my needs. It was nice to know that I was not just an order number and the company seem to value that their customers are getting what they really want. Recently, the printer needed a cartridge replacement, so my first choice was to order from Printerland as I trust their service. The cartridge was delivered the next day with no problems. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new printer, or just replacement ink cartridges.”

“It is difficult to find anything to say about Printerland that is other than totally positive. the selection of products, especially replacement cartridges, is amazing and really easy to navigate through their website to the exact one that you want. prices are reasonable and delivery has always been very prompt and as promised. The follow-up customer service is state of the art so who could want for more. Well done Printerland - happy to recommend to anyone in the market for printer supplies.”
