“I was looking for a multifunction printer/scanner/copier that would work with an ARM64 (Snapdragon) processor Win11 laptop. I came across the Xerox B225 at Printerland. Ordering was easy, was kept up to date and the machine was delivered very quickly. The machine works fine and I was very pleased with the service. The price was the lowest I could find online.”

“Even though I ordered online pretty late, the order (in three parts) all came through perfectly the next day. I experienced a problem with the printer driver, so a call to Printerland support was made, I got straight through to a real human who gave all the help I needed, expert advic, explained, and resolved the issue. It's the support that makes the difference!”

“Excellent service. I was informed the printer I ordered was discontinued but along with that I was recommended an alternative, with a full breakdown of specs and how they compared etc This was done personally, via a phone call. The printer arrived exactly when it was promised for.”

“Work printer has decided to die on us at worse time.... Started to look for options where we can buy and get it delivered on time. After looking around we tried Printerland website and was very pleased with service . Ordered printer on Monday afternoon and got new one delivered nex morning. All process was very smooth and painless.Thank you”

“Matthew was simply amazing with providing aftersales support when I had a problem with my printer cartridge and the main reason why I choose this company again and again. “I always use Printerland and I am glad I did on this particular occasion. My new kit (scanner) had a factory fault, the manner in which this was resolved was fantastic, many thanks to Vincent for all his help. Things do go wrong, what makes customer service stand out is the speed, efficiency and courtesy in resolving the issue. In this case ALL WERE FIRST CLASS and the reason why I have no hesitation in recommending and using Printerland.”
