“When the ink cartridge arrived it was exactly what I wanted. Just a pity it took twelve (12) days to be delivered. But I shall be ordering more ink from Printer Ink Direct in the hope they come a little sooner.”

“Website easy to navigate, order, and with first class delivery within stated delivery dates everything was good, a minor query regarding confirmation of correct products for my printer was sent to customer services, only downside, no response received to date. Problem resolved personally, but very disappointed with lack of response to order follow up contact.”

“I have bought numerous times from printer ink Direct as I like the fast delivery and the ink is great. This time however the ink was lost in the post. No fault of the company. But when I sent numerous emails none of them were replied to. I managed to find a direct messenger to the company. When texting to this service it turns out all my emails had gone to their spam. So were never seen. But. From there on it was delt with brilliantly. It arrived next day by special delivery. Gave 4 stars as the hassle with emails.”
