“Have used printinkdirect before. Not yet used latest purchase but based on previous purchases and the fact they come with a guarantee I have no hesitation in recommending them. Even the big supermarkets who sell their own branded compatible cartridges can't compete on price”

“My printer would not accept the new cassettes inititially rejecting them on the basis that they were not original. I persevered with the head cleaning and eventually they were accepted and the printer now works correctly Thank you.”

“The ink is fine and was well packed. The only problem is that delivery by Royal Mail is slow and imprecise. I got two delivery days and this had to be available for both. Eventually the came thee days later than expected.”

“Would have been 5 stars but I ordered a black cartridge, they sent colour. Contacted, said keep the colour we will send a black… Black was sent but to the wrong address… #AttentionToDetail Fitted both cartridges, printer doesn’t recognise the black one…”
