“We placed the order in January 2023 but did not receive the product until mid-February. considering this was meant to be a next-day service this is unacceptable. I tried emailing and using the web chat but neither was responded to. No telephone number so could not speak to anybody.”

“printer still not working even though i’ve topped up printer inks it may need to reinstall the downloads for my printer . one of the inks was a different make of ink hoe this is still same quality”

“The cartridges are cheap, and I suppose some of them are ok, but it seems to be 50/50 chance. My colour cartridge was fine, but my black one was terrible, it was printing extremely patchy, you couldnt read a page consistently. I contacted Printer Ink Direct twice, and noone ever got back to me. It seems that customer service doesnt exist. Unfortunately I wont be buying from them again. Shame.”

“I received this in good time, but once I put them in the printer, I had issues with the black ink. The other colour was a little dull, but the black was awful. I would not recommend it, really.”

“Delivery was very slow, paid for 1-3 days and arrived nearly three weeks later. Had no response from company when attempting to track order. Given 2 stars as items were as described when they eventually arrived.”

“Nothing wrong with the ink, but (as I have now told this company three times), they failed to action any of the contacts saying I had ordered the wrong cartridges (as quickly as immediately after I pressed the order button). I now have two sets... one unwanted. What's the point of contact details if there's no-one at the other end?”

“The order i placed turned up quickly, however when i discovered one of the toner cartridges didn't work, I tried to contact them via the website help and online chat, 6-7 days on all i ever get is an email asking me to please share my reviews. Here is my review. PLEASE HELP CUSTOMERS PROBLEMS”

“I have already added a reveiw about the ink I bought it was poor very light when I used my printer also the 2 extra cartridges do not fit my printer having said this in the past the product worked fine.”

“Shipment was quick and well-packed. Unfortunately, the HP black ink cartridge wasn't recognized by the printer due to HP's new trick of only letting you print with their 7 x as expensive ink. The moral being - avoid HP printers like the plague.”
