“I love this company. They have great prices, top notch services, and quality craftsmanship. If you have an issue, they take care of it and make sure that you’re happy with your purchase. I live in the US and even though there’s an ocean between us, I feel like a valued customer and even with time in customs, the turn around time is similar to using local shops in the US.

“Delivery time was on point. Sunglasses were on point. The only little hiccup I had was that they were not able to add prescription to my sunglasses because I’m located in NY. I wish they can change that and make it available.”
“I needed a present for my son's 40th birthday...URGENTLY.
You not only reassured me over the telephone (oh, it is SO good to actually talk with a company!), but also fulfilled your promise and I received the package the very next day.
Thank you so much!”
“Good value, great communication and speedy dispatch. Very pleased with everything except Royal Mail who didn’t deliver in the time window they gave me”
“I had never ordered from this site before so I was a little worried ordering my prescription glasses from pretavoir. I can say I am extremely impressed! Glasses came earlier than stated! I had a lovely email thanking me for my order! & I was kept up to date with the tracking. I'm so happy with my glasses (Ray ban RB7190 Black) the prescription is perfect & a brilliant price for the essilor crisal lenses!.
Will definitely be using pretavoir again & again 😊 5☆ service 👍.”
“I ordered some prescription glasses which were quite considerably cheaper than buying from a high street opticians. Not something I’ve done before but didn’t let that put me off. The process to choose the lenses, any add ons like coatings etc was easy. I had a question on the coatings they offered but the chat wasn’t open, it was quite late but the next day I had an email asking what query I had which I thought was great! Glasses ordered on a Saturday evening and I was expecting them to take 7 days as described however I received them within 4 working days!
Easy to buy, cheaper and overall a great experience so would definitely do it again!”
