“I ordered some prescription glasses which were quite considerably cheaper than buying from a high street opticians. Not something I’ve done before but didn’t let that put me off. The process to choose the lenses, any add ons like coatings etc was easy. I had a question on the coatings they offered but the chat wasn’t open, it was quite late but the next day I had an email asking what query I had which I thought was great! Glasses ordered on a Saturday evening and I was expecting them to take 7 days as described however I received them within 4 working days!

“The frames were lovely but a screw came out of them that connects the frame to the lens, and when I looked into the spare parts supplied with the frames this part was not there. I did contact you asking for this part to be sent, but the wrong part was sent, so I contacted you again. You then asked me to send my glasses in the post to you, well if I had done this I would not have any glasses to carry on using, so I decided not to do this and told you so in an email, and that I would not bother about the spare parts as it was too much trouble trying to get them. On the delivery of the frames this was excellent, and the price was very competitive and the frames themselves look good when worn.”
