“Dreadful website. Ordered 2 items. Added an address for 2nd item and it overwrite address on item 1 and didn't record it for item2. Dah. Worst I didn't choose special cards but was billed for them. Worst of all the final price before I paid was shown as 85.98, and once I had paid - too late to change - it was 97.96. It looks like I was charged X2 for each delivery. Never again!”

It sounds like you faced an issue with the website when you tried to add a different address for the second item, and that the final price shown on the payment page was higher than expected. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. I would like to explain our delivery process to clarify any confusion. Since we pack our items separately for optimal protection, there is a delivery charge per item. This is because each item requires its own unique tracking number, and each trackable package incurs a separate delivery charge. Warm regards, Tom
