“Very bad experience to have made an order from your company. The order never arrived to my Friend Linda Senior. We tried to contact the delivery company Royal Mail and your company but no one picked upp the phone. I would like to have a refund since the gift i bought never arrived to the person i ordered it for. Please contact me and explain why the gift didnt arrive on time.
