“Ordered for delivery 17th in time for Mothers Day, was then told it could be an extra day as its delivery to Northern Ireland , well it’s now 21st and no delivery. Phone lines closed and no live chat !! Terrible service”

“Well impressed bought for mum for mother's day. An extra pick me up as she had been so unwell the week before! I even had a cheeky taster from her and all I can say is wow! I tried The tropical blondies and pulled pork pies and they were out of this world! I've never had pastry like that on a pork pie! And my dad throughly enjoyed it ot was STUNNING! Well packaged with care and with ice packs the delivery was on time! I was told between 11-12 pm it was delivered at 11.15! Dpd did good! I have nothing bad to say about what I ordered im definately using you again! I might even just treat myself very soon. 10/10 service from start to finish thank you prestige!”

“The product itself was amazing! Such a good price as well. But the communication from Prestige hampers was very poor. It turned up 48 hours late and I had no confirmation it had even been sent at all. Tried to chase it and couldn’t get through. Ended up being late for a special occasion despite paying for the delivery service and selecting a day.”
