“Went smoothly, until you automatically entered my address, which has since changed. Why don't you hace the option of updating one's address. If Amex denies this order, because the address has changed, I will be furious!!!”

“The hamper is beautiful however the delivery was not acceptable. They threw it over a 6ft gate as I wasn't home. No respect for the parcel, the company it was from or the friends who purchased it.”
