“I would NEVER use this company again, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I ordered 2 of the same bottle of whisky worth £65 each. I received an email from them saying they will process 1 and put a hold on the other in case of a duplicate order. I confirmed I wanted both bottles of whisky and they confirmed they would process both. On delivery I received 1 bottle of the whisky I ordered and another bottle of whisky I did not order. When I emailed in to inform them of the error asked for the unwanted bottle to be returned they said that it was a substitute and cannot be returned. I then called Customer Services and they were very unhelpful and said that they used a substitute and that the unwanted bottle of whisky cannot be returned. The problem is they substituted a £65 bottle of whisky with a £20 bottle of whisky and charged me £65 plus postage. I said it was not a perishable good and should be able to be returned but they said they will not accept a return. Absolute disgrace of a company. I have gone to my Amex to recover the money instead.”

“I live in Australia, my gorgeous Uncle lives in England. Yet again I forgot to send a birthday pressie. I ordered a cheese hamper the night before his birthday. Process was so easy and can’t believe it was delivered the following day!! Highly recommend x”

“Im in Canada and one of my daughters is in London England. It’s difficult to know exactly what they’re getting when I order from here. “I have ordered hampers and flower items previously and have been happy with them. This time I have ordered a basket of fruit and an afternoon te hamper The afternoon hamper was received on time but the basket of fruit was delivered a day late.This was not Prestige Hampers fault, they both had the same tracking number but were delivered on different day by Royal Mail.”
