“Ordered a hamper for father's day with a delivery date offered that was then missed and delivered the next day. Apparently some areas take longer, although it would be helpful if this was then not offered as a delivery day once you've put in the postcode. The package arrived absolutely sodden. Everything was ruined, the wine had all escaped from the bottle somehow without breaking. Must have been a fault in the glass though as when we unpacked it more, the whole bottom of the bottle came off. However, after sending a short complaint email and a couple of pics, Prestige immediately offered to resend a new hamper. Mistakes and faults happen- its how they're dealt with that makes the difference. Because of this I would use them again as the wine and cheeses were lovely, as was the actual basket.”
