“I tried one of your competitors and failed miserably, having wasted 15 minutes. Your site was easy to use and followed a logical and understandable sequence. I knew what I was going to be billed for. The only problem that I had related to Paypal- therefore not your problem. I wished to use a new card, but it would not accept the correct password. Thus I ended up paying you directly. I yet await the delivery.”
