“not sure on some of the pages as they dont seem to load properly and your email with forgot password has a massive I on the top of the page”

“Our business is located in the USA and sending a gift to one of our clients in England was quick and easy. The hamper was delivered quicker than I thought and the client was excited to try all the goodies.”

“I ordered 2 hampers to be delivered to different addresses and during the ordering process I noticed that the delivery address defaulted to the payment address, except for the postcode, although I had unticked the 'deliver to same address as payment' box. I corrected it but it must have happened again during the order confirmation process which caused huge delivery problems. One hamper was delivered without a problem but there was a long delay on the second although I did supply my telephone number which Royal Mail didn't use. Ashley.e at Prestige Hampers patiently responded promptly to all my increasingly frustrated e-mails, realised the problem and got it sorted. Make sure you triple check the delivery address before clicking 'Submit'! Grateful thanks to ashley.e”

“Brilliant, delivery was early. We made a mistake on the order by ordering one for our friends and another to us , which we didn’t want. Customer services sorted it out straight away and the refund came back with in a few days. Thank you”

“This is the second year running I have used prestige hampers for my mother-in-law. She is a difficult lady to buy for as she has everything she needs but she really enjoyed it last year so thought why not do it again. Arrived when it should of which means you can order and then relax”
