“They have an email to select an option to speak to their team to avoid a bad rating, but don'tdo anything except thank me for my feedback (what a waste of time). I wouldn't pay 44 quid for a such a poor small chocolate basket again.”

“Easy to navigate the website to place the order. Delivery was on the exact day as I had requested. My only negative would be the content of the hamper. I do not feel it was worthy of nearly $100 AUD in value.”

“very easy to put the order through. Have tried other sites to put throught an order for a fruit hamper and proved total failure. The order is for 13/2025 so cannot answer following questions yet. Trust theorder will be delivered on Wednesday 13th August”

“The process to order was excellent. I live outside the UK, and often need to send gifts to friends within the UK. Many sites do not recognise that those ordering may not have a UK address (and therefore their billing address is outside the UK) and the process can be dreadful. This was straightforward and easy. Now I will wait to see if the goods are delivered and they are as described. :-)”
