“I purchased a hamper at £90 to delivered 23rd December as the recipients were away until late 22nd December. I paid £5.99 for delivery and when asked which date to deliver when ordering I selected 23rd. The hamper was delivered 20th December and as no one was home it has been thrown over the side gate (6ft high) where it will stay, in the rain, until they arrive home on the 23rd!! If the fall from height hasn’t broken the contents, the rain will definitely do its damage! I have contacted them only to get a very standard reply about peak times being busy so may deliver early or if they are in hard to reach areas. They are near Southend so hardly outer Hebrides! I now have to purchase ANOTHER gift for them as this one will be ruined. The response from customer service is disgusting and disappointing. I would not use this company again as it’s quite clear they are very happy to take your money but not so keen to reimburse for mishaps they have made. I urge you to be very wary before using them.”

“Prestige Hampers is my go to when I want to organise a Christmas Hamper or that special gift for my family in the UK . Everyone who has received a Hamper have loved the quality. On the rare occasion where there has been an issue their customer service department have been very helpful. The issue has been resolved very quickly this is what makes me comeback.”

“I've sent at least 7 hampers as Christmas gifts this year. As what do you get grown adults, that have everything they need? I've received lovely messages from every single one of the recipients, gushing with praise and joy. One said she'd never had a hamper so posh. Another said he felt like a kid a opening it, all wide eyed and surprised. Can't thank you enough for your service and product. May have to buy myself one to see what all the excitements about haha.”

“Cannot help but left feeling disappointed with prestige hampers. Whilst I recieved what I ordered, I feel decieved by the photographs on the website. I know there are descriptions of items, but literally what you get feels about a quarter of the size displayed on Web pages, making you feel underwhelmed, where as it should be the opposite. I also selected specific days for delivery (more cost) of the four baskets ordered none of them arrived on those days selected days, they all arrived earlier, which was not what I paid for, for specific reasons like I knew they were not going to be home! Also on two baskets the actual basket was broken where wood was snapped. Overall expensive for what you actually get, underwhelming, and leaves your disappointed and a little bit mislead.”
