“Very unprofessional Staff. When you see that they will do next day delivery, don't believe it blindly, you are expected to read long terms and conditions before placing the order. Regret placing the order from this place. Ordered Flower for Birthday and never got it delivered upon contacting customer services they kept telling me the terms and conditions mentioned on the website. What's the point of getting it delivery of flowers a day after the birthday.”

“I ordered 2 hampers of the same value and I received them very promptly. One of the hampers was packed very neatly the other looked like it had been packed by a child who had been told to put their toys away.”

“easy to order, accepts paypal, gives you a guarantee and the Cheese and Wine hamper arrived safely with no issues at all which altogether gives a good shopping experience. The quality was good aswell which is very important and it was nicely put together.”
