I got noticed with only 24 hours margin that I needed 3 documents translated and certified. To make things even more difficult, I had to upload them within 12 hours of the notice. I can't believe that they managed to do it for me. Those documents were essential for a government application for my children. I can't be more thankful and not only for getting it done in time, but for the empathy in understanding the challenging and stressful situation; I felt super well taken care of, best thing ever when you are under a very stressful situation.

Excellent professional service and high quality output every time! We used Prestige for transcription work over a period of approximately 6 months, and Jo and her team delivered all transcripts to a very high standard, on time every time. Our audio recordings were from zoom or telephone conversations, so the quality was not always great, but the transcription team nevertheless managed to create accurate transcripts. Some specialist jargon was used at times, and again the transcribers rose to the challenge. Presentation of their work is neat, tidy and highly professional looking. It made our work in reviewing the transcripts much easier. Thank you!

Apologies in the delay in giving you this feedback re: Greek telephone interpreter booking on 27th November 2020. I contacted Prestige with less than an hour available to request a Greek language interpreter to support an urgent face-to-face visit by our Consultant and a Senior Practitioner to a care home resident. I was so impressed with Suzi’s can-do response; undeterred by the fact that the meeting was due to take place in 50 minutes, she immediately took action to try to meet this request. As soon as she was able to ascertain that the potential interpreter was too far away to able to make it to the address in time she contacted me to explore alternatives. We then agreed to complete the visit with remote support from the interpreter using Zoom. Suzi liaised with the care home and the visit was able to go ahead. I feel that she really pulled out all the stops to make this happen in good time and without any hitches. The Consultant and Practitioner were extremely impressed with the quality of the interpreter and told me that she was not only very skilled in being able to communicate with the person they were visiting who has fairly advanced dementia, but that the interpreter's ability to provide emotional support to the person was fantastic and made a potentially very difficult visit/ assessment more effective from their point of view and provided support and reassurance for the individual they were visiting. Thank you to Suzi for such a prompt and successful response to a very last minute request and to the interpreter from our Consultant and Practitioner who said she was “absolutely brilliant.” This was an outstanding example of an exceptional response to a very late request from Prestige - my experience over the past three years of using Prestige who are now our preferred provider for interpreters and translations has been that they consistently provide high quality and promptly delivered services. Their staff are always friendly, responsive, competent and go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. Thank you to all at Prestige.

I have never be disappointed with the service provided, once we send an email to request transcript everything is done so smoothly and efficiently. The transcription is delivered before time and I have never chased for transcription from the time we have been using Prestige. Very good service and reliable please keep the good work. Dawn and her team are very efficient. The quality of the transcription is very good. Thank you.

I used to be an employee of PN. They were a nice company to work for and the fact that we were helping people access vital public services really appealed to me. Had an amazing interpreter (DA) from Prestige Network 13/02/2020. The Interpreter was very professional and went beyond the call of duty to help the professionals and the client when the appointment took an unexpected frightening turn. The interpreter was composed, very kind and vey supportive. So thankful for the support from this interpreter (DA), I commend her. Thank you Prestige.
