While Prestige Network did deliver the service, it was delayed and required me to follow up my order.

Prestige has not always delivered when requests has been submitted for face to face interpreters.

Thank you Kevin for your review and feedback. As you can imagine we provide interpreters in over 200 languages up and down the country for a diverse client base. There will be instances when an interpreter may not be available for a specific time and location, especially for rare languages, but we will always work with colleagues to find a solution. Prompt action to requests for translation services. However, for some time I have been asking for an overview of information regarding our requests for the last two years - which practices are our biggest users, what is the most requested format and language, etc. Still waiting for a response, although I haven't chased it up recently

Although the quality of translations is usually good, project management is often poor.

Mel Woolgrove always a complete delight to deal with. Translation services high quality. However, have only given an average rating because on the one occasion when your interpreter completely messed up on a telephone translating job, I felt that it would have been reasonable (given that we are very regular customers) to waive the fee charged in it's entirety, which wasn't done. I was embarrassed in front of a client for something that was entirely your fault. Therefore I have rated accordingly.
