There will be instances when an interpreter may not be available for a specific time and location, especially for rare languages, but we will always work with colleagues to find a solution. “Prompt action to requests for translation services. However, for some time I have been asking for an overview of information regarding our requests for the last two years - which practices are our biggest users, what is the most requested format and language, etc. Still waiting for a response, although I haven't chased it up recently”

“Mel Woolgrove always a complete delight to deal with. Translation services high quality. However, have only given an average rating because on the one occasion when your interpreter completely messed up on a telephone translating job, I felt that it would have been reasonable (given that we are very regular customers) to waive the fee charged in it's entirety, which wasn't done. I was embarrassed in front of a client for something that was entirely your fault. Therefore I have rated accordingly.”
