We used Prestige for transcription work over a period of approximately 6 months, and Jo and her team delivered all transcripts to a very high standard, on time every time. Our audio recordings were from zoom or telephone conversations, so the quality was not always great, but the transcription team nevertheless managed to create accurate transcripts.
