“Prestige has translated a lot of leaflets into 6 different languages for a diabetes project. This project will inform national strategy for engaging with different ethnic groups. Prestige also translated a poster into different languages for a Cancer Project so that we could engage with different groups in the community on our CCG Information bus”

“We hired a BSL interpreter for our event, through Prestige Network. We found Prestige through a simple google search. Our experience from start to finish was superb, especially considering it was a last minute booking due to an unforeseen circumstance. Our interpreter was timely, professional and friendly. The quality of the service, speed of their response time was unmatched. We would definitely use Prestige Network again and won't look any further for future events. If you've read this far and still second guessing, don't waste your valuable time scouring the net - Book Prestige.”

However, for some time I have been asking for an overview of information regarding our requests for the last two years - which practices are our biggest users, what is the most requested format and language, etc. Still waiting for a response, although I haven't chased it up recently”

“I contacted Prestige Network to prepare a document for Home office explaining the transliteration of a name on my passport. Within a couple of days, Prestige Network prepared a document, written by a professional linguist explaining the linguistic difference. Home Office accepted that letter without any question. Well done to Justyna for her input and very quick turnaround. I would definitely use them again and would recommend.”

“Apologies in the delay in giving you this feedback re: Greek telephone interpreter booking on 27th November 2020. I contacted Prestige with less than an hour available to request a Greek language interpreter to support an urgent face-to-face visit by our Consultant and a Senior Practitioner to a care home resident. I was so impressed with Suzi’s can-do response; undeterred by the fact that the meeting was due to take place in 50 minutes, she immediately took action to try to meet this request. As soon as she was able to ascertain that the potential interpreter was too far away to able to make it to the address in time she contacted me to explore alternatives. We then agreed to complete the visit with remote support from the interpreter using Zoom. Suzi liaised with the care home and the visit was able to go ahead. I feel that she really pulled out all the stops to make this happen in good time and without any hitches. The Consultant and Practitioner were extremely impressed with the quality of the interpreter and told me that she was not only very skilled in being able to communicate with the person they were visiting who has fairly advanced dementia, but that the interpreter's ability to provide emotional support to the person was fantastic and made a potentially very difficult visit/ assessment more effective from their point of view and provided support and reassurance for the individual they were visiting. Thank you to Suzi for such a prompt and successful response to a very last minute request and to the interpreter from our Consultant and Practitioner who said she was “absolutely brilliant.” This was an outstanding example of an exceptional response to a very late request from Prestige - my experience over the past three years of using Prestige who are now our preferred provider for interpreters and translations has been that they consistently provide high quality and promptly delivered services. Their staff are always friendly, responsive, competent and go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. Thank you to all at Prestige.”

“I have never be disappointed with the service provided, once we send an email to request transcript everything is done so smoothly and efficiently. The transcription is delivered before time and I have never chased for transcription from the time we have been using Prestige. Very good service and reliable please keep the good work. Dawn and her team are very efficient. The quality of the transcription is very good. Thank you.”
