“Although the flowers I bought were offered at a reduced rate, I was a little disappointed at the quality of the roses. They seemed very old and it was my wife's birthday”

“Royal Mail left the flowers outside the door when the recipient was in all day and no card was left. Had to call the recipient to check.”

“Flowers ok but the search engine doesn't work very well, and the card isn't easy to complete. Our 'signature' was too long to fit in the box, so I included it in the message, but it appeared to leave 'your name' printed on the card. There was nothing I could do to remove it.”

“The flowers themselves were beautiful and the recipient loved them. However, I ordered through prestige because it said next day delivery on the specific flowers. Only to be sent an e-mail after 3pm the next day advising they wouldn’t be delivered on that day. And asking if I still wanted them to be delivered. You shouldn’t advertise next day if it cannot be fulfilled.”

“The flowers was lovely, shame about the birthday cake ie I should say Christmas cake who the hell has a fruit cake as a birthday cake it is just WRONG I will buy flowers again but totally spoiled with the cake”

“This is the second time I used Prestige Flowers. I was so disappointed this time. The flowers were a birthday present for my darling Dad as I could not be with him on the day. They did not even last for 5 days. He liked the truffles though thank goodness - they were the saving grace.”

“I orfered these for my dear friend who has just lost her mother. I have to say how dissapointed I am at the difference between the picture (which shows what you should get) and the real thing. The roses are all brown and dying round the edges and do not look like the picture at all.”

“The flowers were delivered perfectly early on my firend's birthday they were lovely flowers but for the money paid extra for large as pictured on website - would have expected a bigger bunch to be honest. Checked with Prestige they said it was the large bouquet. So will use better value retailers in future.”
