“Hey, this is the second time I am using Prestige Flowers. Your flowers and gift baskets are amazing. Unfortunately, this time around when I was sending a gift basket to my brother, I had a silly experience. I added a personal note to the booking which was 200 characters long wishing my brother a Happy Birthday. Then in the 'delivery instructions' i wrote, "Please delivery early morning" However, for whatever reason, your team made a card to him which read "Please delivery early morning". I was very disappointed by this because my brother didn't even know who they came from and he never received my message. I wish someone had checked to see how silly it sounded to put that on a card of a service such as yours.”

“I paid for free delivery and they charged me. No reply to my complaint review. Very disappointed. Always had good flowers in past but feel cheated with paying for something they haven't done”

“Lovely bunch of flowers, but because my friend was in the shower at 8am, when they were delivered, they were taken away, and redelivered the following day. They should have been given to a neighbour, or left on the doorstep .”

“I bought flowers as a birthday gift for a friend, who was delighted. However, I was disappointed with those I bought for myself at Christmas. The outside petals of the roses looked tired and the lily stems were very short so didn't display well. However, their scent was lovely and they were a pretty pink colour.”

“Very disappointed with delivery service. Delivered by Roal Mail nobody In but arrangements made with neighbours to take delivery. They were returned to royal mail a card was left stating will retry 4 days later. Flowers would be dead by then. The parcel hS written all over the box Prestige flowers.”

“I ordered two lots of flowers - one for a new baby and there was no card attached although I wrote and chose the card. I am waiting for the other one to be delivered today - and hope the card and balloon are attached. Feedback is the flowers for new baby were beautiful if the knew who they came from. I had to ask if they had received them instead.”

“Very disappointed with the tulips in my Christmas bouquet. All but 2 drooped when unpacked. I had to treat them in a separate vase with sugar and tepid water. They recovered a little but could not put in main vase as still not upright. Recommend you fill bouquet with other red flowers and not tulips at this time of the year.”
