My old (PowerBug bag ) which had lasted for eight years needed to be replaced.I had looked at various other companies when PowerBug sent me an email on Black Friday telling me that they had a deal on their waterproof bag.Reduced fom £199 to £99 with free post and packaging I bought it on the Monday and it arrived on the Wednesday.Delivery was impeccable - I received a text on the morning of delivery with a one hour window and it arrived exactly within the mid-point of the hourIt is a quality waterproof bag and it has all of the pockets you could ever need.”

“I wanted to repair my 6 year old Powerbug Sport Digital electronic golf trolley which had developed a fault (down to my own doing). I called the tech centre & spoke to Christian who gave me some good advice in identifying the faulty component. However as the cost of the spares are reasonable I decided on belt & braces approach & ordered an additional speed control led board & speed controller along with the ecu. I also added the bag support upgrade kit. Ordered midday Thursday, Received complete assignment 10am Friday. Excellent service allround. I cannot recommend powerbug highly enough.”

“Thoroughly recommend this company, their customer service is excellent, so very helpful, purchased a power bug trolley from them and after several years needed to talk about a problem with my battery, which was a lithium one, they could not have been more helpful, now have a new lithium battery and they provided next day delivery.”
